Mikey Likes It & Friends

It’s that time of year, the big Saturday before Christmas, the one where Mikey packs his bag full of tunes and straps in for an all night adventure, spanning sounds from all across the globe, you can 100% expect some merry little elves to pop their head into the cage and play a few too.  

If you have been out in Norwich in the last 15 years, then it is more than likely that you have danced to the music of Mikey Likes It. The head honcho of the Gonzo’s empire is a keen muso, be that the old rooftop days, or when there used to be beds in the club before it became a Tea Room or those late late finishes, Mikey has always been a firm fixture behind the decks. His stamina is unmatched, he could be doing a dinner set in Tea Room, then a rooftop set before returning to Tea Room until the early hours. 

However when he gets in that cage the chains come off and he leans into his heavier, deeper and darker selections. Creating an untouchable vibe.
